Ophelia composes for all sorts of artistic projects.

Ophelia Sullivan has been composing and producing music for theatER, dance, FILM, performance and games since 2013. ophelia has created music for productions at renowned institutions such as Staatstheater Mainz, EinTanzHaus Mannheim and berliner festspiele. Ophelia's work is generally characterized by its high emotionality, indulgent experimentation with contrast, unconventional musical structures, genre subversion, and an affinity for combinations of electronic and acoustic sounds. OPHELIA IS PARTICULARLY INTERESTED IN INTERDISCIPLINARY AND MULTIDISCIPLINARY PROJECTS, IMMERSIVE FORMATS AND THEMES OF OTHERNESS, QUEERNESS, SUBVERSION, vulnerability, MENTAL HEALTH and (intersectional) feminist themes.
